Celebrate Diversity,

not Uniformity.

Just as your weakness is someone else’s strength,

so is you strength someone else’s weakness.

Our work is only beautiful because our puzzles fit.

When everyone does according to one’s strengths and talents,

“TEAM: Together Each Achieves More”

Take the care to know people.

Networking is working!

“…it is very easy for me, based on my clouded and biased feeling and opinion,
to single out people and mention names to praise and admire,
but God reminds me that He alone can appraise and approve,
because His good judgment is based on
how much of the talents He gave are used,
the motivation of the heart, and
whether the excellent work is done with Love and care for Him.
All of these are hidden from the human eye.
Yes, no doubt, I have seen countless instances of deeds and talents i admire,
but EVERY SINGLE LITTLE SERVICE RENDERED
BY THE LEAST OF THE TEAM THAT I MISS
IS JUST AS SWEET A MUSIC TO GOD’S EAR,
and God’s who sees those giving in secrets will reward you openly.”

Go, to the ends of the earth.

Fill the lands.

Bring peace along.

Connect with people.

Make friends.

Multiply Love.

Share God’s goodness.

Now the whole world had one language and a common speech.
As people moved eastward, they found a plain in Shinarand settled there.
They said to each other, “Come, let’s make bricks and bake them thoroughly.”
They used brick instead of stone, and tar for mortar.
Then they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city,
with a tower that reaches to the heavens,
so that we may make a name for ourselves;
otherwise we will be scattered over the face of the whole earth.”
But the Lord came down to see the city and the tower the people were building.
The Lord said,
“If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this,
then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them.
Come, let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other.”
So the Lord scattered them from there over all the earth,
and they stopped building the city.
That is why it was called Babel—
because there the Lord confused the language of the whole world.
From there the Lord scattered them over the face of the whole earth.
