“Good habit”
could be an oxymoron.
–
A good habit
can as well be bad
if it stops the person from
exercising good judgment,
moment by moment.
–
Situations and contexts
change all the time.
What works before,
might not work anymore.
–
Exercising wise judgment
is superior to
having the best of habits.
–
Life is but a series of actions,
and actions are but the result
of decisions.
No automation can replace
judgment and decision-making.
–
For Man is to rule,
and not to be confined to rules,
nor to be confined by rules,
let alone be ruled.
–
So let no habit
dull your senses.
Let no habit
becomes an addiction.
Stay alert.
Be responsive,
and be responsible
